This position may potentially be Remote, can be located anywhere within the United States

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the functional users of Costpoint with an understanding of Costpoint master data

• Prepare and maintain documentation, including requirements, policies & procedures relating to Costpoint functional support

• Support month-end close processes and understand and run batch processing

• All processes are designed to meet SOX, audit, and security requirements

• Work with IT to evaluate, escalate, and resolve defects within Costpoint

• Support upgrades through testing and troubleshooting before the application of system changes.

• Support user questions via tickets, emails or phone conversations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience in government contracting, equivalent experience in lieu of degree

• Deltek Costpoint experience is required

• Working knowledge of front-end Costpoint screens, functions, and job processing

• Ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team

• Experience with functional support for Costpoint. This includes system upgrades, planning, design, and SOX/Audits.

• Understanding of PL/SQL scripts and queries, a plus

• Excellent communication skills required

• US citizenship is required

• Some evenings and weekend work may be required
