Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)Ø General Ledger and Journal Entries
- Prepare all related journal vouchers activities and post in system
- Prepare account reclassification and accruals for the month-end closing,
- Prepare BS reconciliations and upload in system
- Prepare monthly the revaluation STAT, cost allocation to product and intercompany reconciliation including the PPV analysis
- Prepare and review the monthly VAT and withholding tax
- Ensure accounting entries comply with company policy and accounting standards including assessing internal control procedures
- Support and coordinate with internal, external auditor and tax officer
Ø Accounts Receivable
- Verify supporting documents and managing billing requirements,
- Review and monitor accounts receivable aging, collection and outstanding balances,
- Support the month-end and closing activities and AR balance reconciliation
- Prepare and record all the Intercompany charging
Ø Treasury Management
- Manage daily cash receipts and payment transaction
- Monitor bank balances and update cash position and liquidity requirements,
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and monthly bank reconciliation,
- Prepare JV for bank received and bank charge
- Coordinate with banks on operational matters and documentation,
Ø Fixed Asset and Others
- Maintain fixed asset register and supporting documentation
- Record asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals and depreciation,
- Prepare Capitalize from CIP to Fixed Asset and depreciation calculation for forecast / budget
