What you will do:
- Ongoing analysis/entry/maintenance/validation of costing data for new and existing products
- Working within the business to ensure the accuracy and integrity of costing elements including the ability to timely troubleshoot any issues.
- Respond and manage inquiries from stakeholders through a formal process of validation and approvals
- Follow standard operating procedures/templates for entering and managing costing
- Impact analysis aiding in strategic decision making
- Managing and executing special pricing agreements and vendor specific promotions in a timely manner
- Investigate PO Discrepancies and work with both internal and external stakeholder for a resolution
- Work with multiple software applications such as AS-400, MS Access, MS Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook to support daily costing functions.
What you will bring:
- Post-Secondary education in Business, Information Technology or related field preferred
- Experience in data analysis and/or data processing, Operations or Supply Planning
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
- Detailed oriented
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Team oriented
- Bi-lingual in English and French asset
