How will you make a difference?

Strategic Cost Management

  • Lead the development and execution of cost management strategies across product categories and sourcing regions.

  • Define and implement cost frameworks, methodologies, and governance models to ensure consistency and transparency.

Cost Structure Development & Analysis

  • Oversee the creation and validation of detailed cost breakdowns for products and materials. 

  • Analyze cost drivers and identify opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sourcing, product development, finance, and operations teams to align cost expectations with business goals.

  • Support supplier negotiations with cost insights and benchmarking data.

Supplier Cost Transparency

  • Drive cost transparency initiatives with suppliers, including should-cost modeling and open-book costing.

  • Benchmark supplier costs across geographies and tiers to identify best-value sourcing options.

Forecasting & Scenario Planning 

  • Model cost impacts of raw material fluctuations, labor rates, tariffs, and logistics changes.

  • Provide cost forecasts and insights to support budgeting, pricing, and strategic planning.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation 

  • Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives through process improvements, alternative sourcing strategies, and material substitutions.

  • Promote a culture of cost awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.

Reporting & Compliance 

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of costing data to senior leadership. 

  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to cost management. 

Who we are looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • 10+ years of experience in cost management or financial planning in the apparel industry. 

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. 

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems/costing systems. 

  • Financial acumen: Strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis. 

  • Excellent communication and Sr. stakeholder management abilities. 

  • Deep understanding of cost modeling and analysis, cost drivers in manufacturing and sourcing. 

  • Strategic sourcing: Ability to evaluate suppliers and negotiate cost-effective contracts. 

  • Data analytics: Skilled in Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
