 Overall Duties and Responsibilities:

Does

  • Coordinate and manage all accredited vendors servicing the B2B group, including the creation and maintenance of a centralized vendor database. This involves regularly reviewing vendor performance to ensure they meet contractual obligations and delivering as promised, while also ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Manage vendor contracts as necessary in alignment with the needs of the B2B group

  • Handle and resolve any issues related to vendor payments, contractual agreements, and overall performance to maintain efficient vendor relationships

  • Process payments for B2B group engagements

  • Review and audit reimbursement and disbursement requests to ensure compliance with established payment policies.

  • Coordinate flight and hotel bookings for employees as required.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payment procedures and financial processes.

  • Generate comprehensive reports based on the analysis of payment and budget data

  • Conduct detailed analysis of spending activities and overall financial usage across the groups under B2B

  • Effectively manage requests from various stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses

  • Identify areas for improvement within financial processes and implement strategic enhancements to optimize efficiency

  • Present findings, recommendations, and resolutions to shareholders and the leadership team, providing actionable insights for decision-making

  • Regular reports to the stakeholders (budget utilization and spend tracking reports) and senior management (budget utilization report)

  • Enforcing of finance and payment policies

  • Streamlined information flow and supports decision-making

  • Conducts regular review of the vendor’s performance

  • Provide regular updates on the vendor deliverables

  • Analysis and recommendations to optimize the finance process

  • Effective project monitoring to ensure implementation across the group.

  • Project specific deliverables including meeting timelines and quality results

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance or business management

  • Has at least 2 years’ worth of experience in any vendor or budget management role

  • Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting

  • With knowledge on data analysis and process improvements

  • Previous work experience in a financial institution is preferred

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Focused, driven, and goal-oriented

  • Strategic, resourceful, and critical thinker

  • Committed to Excellence and Integrity

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Adept at using Microsoft Office / GSuite
