Cost Engineer, Limassol

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Cost Engineer.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Support proposal and estimating activities, ensuring alignment with project baselines.
• Assist in establishing cost control systems, including coding structures and reporting tools.
• Monitor project performance and prepare financial and progress reports (Earned Value, SPI, CPI).
• Review cost and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support budget management, forecasting, and cost risk analysis during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, invoicing, and reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in cost management.

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cost engineering, project controls, or construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project
• Fluency in English and Greek.
