You will be responsible for comprehensive control and analysis of production costs, tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting decision-making processes in the factory. Your role will involve maintaining the integrity of financial information, ensuring compliance with company policies, and actively participating in cost optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive monitoring, analysis, and reporting of production costs.
- Actively engaging in cost optimization processes.
- Team management and control of the working time system (Time&Atendens).
- Supporting the factory management team in decision-making processes by providing precise financial analyses and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participating in the creation of financial plans and cost forecasting.
- Overseeing the proper management of production orders.
- Responsibility for controlling the fixed assets database.
- Ownership of the procedure related to fixed assets management.
Requirements:
- Experience in team management or leading project groups.
- Fluent Polish language skills and very good English language skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production cost controlling.
- Higher education in finance or economic sciences.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel - Power Query), Power BI (significant advantage).
- Experience with SAP system.
- Understanding of production standards and processes, and analytical skills.
