RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
Responsible for the process of costing in SAP, takes physical inventory of the annual and cyclical, explanation of variations of purchase, review the variations of manufacturing and counting of savings projects.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
-Review general accounting, manufacturing cost an inventory transaction.
-Review sales, inventory, billing, shipping costs, etc.
-Check the internal control of the plant.
-Establishes accounting closings, product costs and budgets.
-Working with Global Procurement and Logistic team, develop and load annually material and freight standard costs into SAP
-Explains book to physical differences and establishes procedures to eliminate inventory variances.
-Control capital expenditures per order investment
-Assist Plant Controller in balance sheet audits and internal audits
-Review labor routes, cost new parts, make sure BOM op levels and labor routes match
-Analyze standard costs on periodic basis and review variances including preparation of monthly volume/mix/price variance and OPS and Monthly bridges
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor's degree completed
-3-5 years of experience in cost & accounting
