As a Treasury Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and reporting. You’ll work alongside experienced analysts, learning to navigate financial statements, problem-solve in dynamic environments, and communicate effectively across teams and levels of management. This role provides an opportunity to build foundational skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while contributing to key treasury processes and insights that support the bank’s liquidity and financial health.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in daily cash flow management to ensure optimal liquidity for business operations.

• Support financial reporting and variance analysis related to treasury activities.

• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

• Collaborate with Treasury Analysts to develop forecasts and financial models for various scenarios.

• Build operational knowledge of treasury processes and foster cross-functional relationships across finance and business units.

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to assess risks, opportunities, and business trends.

• Design and create treasury-related reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Current enrollment in a degree program (sophomore, junior, or senior standing).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail in numerical analysis.

Preferred:

• Coursework or experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL or advanced Excel functions.
