ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsible for the review of outgoing wire transfer activity for all banks. Wires coming from Wires Workflow system; this position is a high-volume position and requires extra time to review customer wire instructions vs wire Information entered by sales associates at branches. This position requires Corporate FED Review Specialist to be discipline in the process and quick to respond to stay up to date with volumes.
Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service to internal associates, respective bank personnel and with external customers in providing the 1073 disclosures.
Follow up with internal (IBC employees) for correcting wire exceptions by team, phone or and/or email.
Reviews data in outgoing wire transactions; be well trained and familiar in understanding requirements for corresponding banks, swift codes, and additional information needed such as OBI requirements for third party beneficiaries to be able to release wires.
Assists and communicates to other banks, sales representatives, wire preparers and bank officers.
Responsible to follow up with wire preparers for pending exceptions, corrections, and Officers Approvals
Prepares wire GL entries at the end of the day as necessary for internal Due From banks; correcting CD; loans, etc.
Assists in confirming Officers approvals for Volume Count Report for all markets in Power BI tool.
Assist in the Repair dashboards of wire activity
Manually entering wires into wires system when needed for internal purposes such as FR, Investments, disaster, etc.
