The Corporate Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day banking operations and serving as the primary liaison with financial institutions. This role ensures bank accounts, treasury services, and user access are maintained accurately, securely, and in compliance with company policies.
A typical day includes opening and maintaining bank accounts, updating authorized signers and online banking access, administering treasury services such as Positive Pay, ACH, and wire transfers, troubleshooting banking issues, coordinating with banking partners, maintaining documentation for audits, and supporting banking system implementations and process improvements.
Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to manage confidential financial information. The ideal candidate is proactive, technology-savvy, and able to balance multiple priorities while ensuring banking operations remain secure, compliant, and efficient.
QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
• Two to five years of experience in treasury operations, banking administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience administering online banking platforms and treasury management services preferred.
• Experience working with Positive Pay, ACH, wire transfer systems, or other treasury products is highly desirable.
KNOWLEDGE
• Knowledge of corporate banking operations and treasury management practices.
• Familiarity with Positive Pay, ACH processing, electronic banking, and banking security controls.
• Understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties principles.
