Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE
• Two to five years of experience in treasury operations, banking administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience administering online banking platforms and treasury management services preferred.
• Experience working with Positive Pay, ACH, wire transfer systems, or other treasury products is highly desirable.

KNOWLEDGE
• Knowledge of corporate banking operations and treasury management practices.
• Familiarity with Positive Pay, ACH processing, electronic banking, and banking security controls.
• Understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties principles.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential financial and banking information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
