POSITION OVERVIEW 

Responsible for the successful completion of comprehensive, accurate, and cost-effective arrangements of corporate travel, including reservations, itineraries, and client communications. This position also audits and process expense reports and assists with timely submission and troubleshooting.

Location: This position requires on-site work at Gentex facilities. This role is not eligible for remote work.   

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Ensure compliance with Company travel and expense policy. 

  • Complete travel arrangements for employees which may include air, hotel, ground transportation. 

  • Arrange for Visa and Passport applications and processes to support international business travel. 

  • Audit and process expense reports, assist with timely submissions and troubleshooting. 

  • Develop and maintain airline, car, hotel contracts and partnerships. 

  • Conduct Company policy and Concur system training as needed. 

  • Implement, launch, and maintain travel management program and cost management opportunities. 

  • Manage and monitor credit card needs and approval limits for new employees. 

  • Assist with management of group events as needed. 

  • Assist with forecasting of travel expenses, budgeting, and reporting. 

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Maintaining high level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality with respect to company matters. 

  • Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely perform all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace.   

 

WHAT TO BRING 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.  

  • 3 years of corporate travel domestic/international or equivalent experience. 

  • Proficiency in issuing tickets and exchanges. 

WHAT WILL HELP 

  • Global Distributions System experience.  

  • Concur system experience. 

  • Customer service experience.
