The Talent Acquisition Lead supports the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring smooth effective operations across the organization. This flexible "utility" role provides strong recruitment support for corporate, administrative, and management-level positions while managing overflow and priority requisitions. The Talent Acquisition Lead steps in to cover Talent Acquisition Specialist/Coordinators and provides both recruitment and operational coverage for the Director of Talent Acquisition when needed.
Additionally, they assist with resolving roadblocks within the ADP Recruiting Management (ADP RM) system and train hiring managers on entering and managing job requisitions. This role is also responsible for developing and maintaining pipelines with nursing schools and educational partners to support ongoing clinical hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment for corporate, administrative, and management level positions.
- Provide guidance on recruitment processes, timelines, and candidate selections.
- Handle overflow requisitions and support high priority or hard to fill roles.
- Provide coverage for Talent Acquisition team including director.
- Maintain strong pipelines and proactive communication to ensure timely placement of candidates.
- Troubleshoot candidate workflow issues and resolve roadblocks within the ADP Recruitment Management (ADP RM).
- Train hiring manager on entering and managing job requisitions in ADP RM.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within the system.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines by establishing relationships with nursing schools, allied health programs and other educational partners.
- Coordinate outreach efforts including career fairs, information sessions and on-campus recruitment.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, community events, and professional networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment; healthcare experience required
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to ATS workflows and recruitment processes.
Education:
- BA/BS from an accredited university
$95,000-$110,000 per year
