SUMMARY:

The Corporate Sponsorship & Giving Coordinator is responsible for administering and coordinating all sponsorship and donation requests through the Kadince platform. This role ensures complete and accurate submissions, maintains detailed records and reporting across business lines, and supports the Corporate Sponsorship & Giving Manager with process development and compliance oversight. The Coordinator supports the Corporate Sponsorship & Giving Manager in working collaboratively with internal and external partners to support community engagement, brand visibility, and Foundation initiatives.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees daily operations within the Kadince platform, including reviewing incoming sponsorship and donation requests for accuracy, completeness, and required documentation.

Maintains comprehensive records of all donation and sponsorship activities and ensure data integrity across systems.

Produces reports for Market Presidents, Line of Business Leaders, Community Development teams, and senior leadership.

Facilitates consistent communication regarding request status, requirements, and outcomes across internal stakeholders.

Supports preparation of materials summarizing market and LOB spending, trends, and CRA qualified requests.

Coordinates with the Marketing team to fulfill sponsorshiprelated deliverables, including ads, logos, digital assets, and collateral.

Ensures accurate and timely delivery of brand materials in alignment with sponsorship agreements and deadlines.

Assists the Corporate Giving & Sponsorship Manager with the development, maintenance, and documentation of sponsorship, donation, and Foundationrelated processes.

Ensures adherence to all internal sponsorship policies, Foundation guidelines, regulatory compliance requirements, and audit standards.

Maintains awareness of legal and regulatory expectations related to charitable giving, CRAeligible activities, and documentation standards.

Serves as a liaison to internal departments, external organizations, and community partners to support positive relationships and efficient workflow.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank’s policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing.  You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, serviceoriented approach.

High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Strong knowledge of banking products and services

Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of planning and scheduling activity under various conditions and constraints

Willingness to provide a level of service, which will clearly differentiate us from our competitors.

Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas and concepts to management and bank employees in a collaborative and solutions oriented manner.

Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or a minimum of three years of relevant experience demonstrating equivalent skills and competencies.
