We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Senior Executive to join the team at Kaizen Gaming Brazil. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Director, this role supports the execution of external communications and public relations efforts across Brazil with a great focus on Sports. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong copywriting and content skills, and a keen interest in media relations and corporate storytelling. This is a great opportunity for a communications professional to grow within a dynamic, international environment in the game tech industry.

As a Corporate Communications Senior Executive, External Comms, you will:

• Support the day-to-day activities of the corporate communications team by drafting and editing content (e.g., press releases, articles, talking points);
• Coordinate with PR agencies, monitor media coverage, and maintain media contact lists;
• Plan and coordinate 360 external communication campaigns, working closely with PR agencies and internal teams to oversee execution and output;
• Ensure alignment and collaboration between the Marketing and Sponsorship teams
• Organize Betano's brand presence at industry events, expos, and award submissions, and track ongoing campaigns and metrics;
• Interact regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners to support communication alignment across teams and markets.
• Search for social projects that Betano can support to help expand access to sports activities for communities across different regions of Brazil.

What you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field;
• Relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or a related field;
• Strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, media research, and coordination skills;
• A data-oriented mind;
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; 
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken), Spanish is a plus. 
• Experience working cross-functionally on an international level
