The Corporate Services Coordinator serves as the primary administrative liaison to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team by coordinating governance activities, preparing board materials, documenting official meetings, maintaining board records, tracking action items, and providing executive administrative support.
Summarized Essential Duties- Coordinate Board and committee meetings.
- Prepare board packets.
- Attend meetings and record official minutes.
- Prepare and distribute draft and final minutes
- Maintain agendas with the CEO
- Coordinate annual board calendar.
- Coordinate new board member orientation.
- Coordinate Executive Leadership Team agendas and minutes.
- Schedule executive meetings.
- Coordinate travel and logistics.
- Track strategic initiatives.
- Annual report filing for all corps.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Annual Registration System for Award Management ("SAM") profile associated with this CAGE/UEID identification
- Sales Tax Exemption renewals
Qualifications
Education: Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of executive administrative support preferred. Board support and formal minute-taking experience preferred.
Skills: Excellent organization, written communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Driving: Must have a reliable vehicle to attend board meetings at offsite locations, valid drivers license, and must meet Bridgeway's MVR insurability carrier requirements.Employment with Bridgeway is conditioned upon passing all required background checks.
