Are you excited about creating a positive first impression and supporting a dynamic team?
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Corporate Services Coordinator for our Denver branch to create a favorable first impression for our branch while being responsible for Corporate Services and Executive Support duties.
A Day in the Life:
- Create a great first impression of Long View by greeting our visitors and managing the Long View lobby.
- Maintain a sense of warmth, friendliness, approachability, and helpfulness to all Long View employees and visitors.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
- Processes incoming/outgoing mail and in-town courier packages, as well as the ordering and inventory management of Long View swag.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules, inhouse events and assist with administrative and office services projects, including: word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, document formatting, printing and binding of documents.
- Provide executive support to branch VP
What You Bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in an office coordinator or corporate services position
- Experience in a position requiring a high-level of customer service, critical thinking, organization and planning
- A proactive approach and the ability to multi-task
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong attention to detail

Long View Systems (LVS) is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible, full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week.
