Job Purpose
The position holder will manage all Government Relations activities for Apex clients which includes the processing and carrying out all transactions relating to regulatory licensing, incorporation of local entities, entity administration, and provision of company / corporate secretarial activities. The position holder will liaise with various Government Departments and Agencies to carry out the work. The role supports clients in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for handling all aspects of client entity formation, licensing, and administration
- Be responsible for activation and administration of government portals for a portfolio of entities
- Ensure completion of all regulatory obligations and administration requirements within strict deadlines for a portfolio of entities
- Maintain active client records such as commercial registrations, articles of association, GOSI, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government policies and procedures to ensure effective operation
- Ensure that responsibilities are delivered effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines
- Provide support in board activities, including board communication, agenda and board pack preparation, attending meetings, and taking notes for multiple different boards.
- Build detailed understanding of entity specific requirements and applicable statutory regulations/requirements
- Any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires.
General Tasks:
- Liaise with government employees to build strong connections with multiple government entities as required
- Support with both scheduled and ad-hoc client transactions

Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or equivalent studies
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- An understanding of Saudi Arabia statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. Capital Market Authority laws and regulations)
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills for a high degree of client interaction
- Ability to plan effectively with strong deadline orientation
- Proactive and problem-solving approach to client service
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a requirement
