We’re looking for a Corporate Security Senior Specialist to join our GRC team at MGS. In this role, you are expected to lead physical security and risk management initiatives, coordinate incident and emergency response activities, oversee security systems and vendor performance, conduct investigations, and support executive protection and corporate events.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead physical security programs, conduct security assessments, and implement risk mitigation strategies across MGS sites.
- Coordinate security incidents, emergency response activities, preparedness exercises, and security awareness programs.
- Oversee the operation and governance of security systems, including access control, CCTV, alarms, and Security Operations Center support.
- Conduct investigations, security reviews, and risk assessments in partnership with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Manage event security, executive protection support, security vendors, governance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, emergency response, investigations, or a related security field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading or coordinating security operations, programs, projects, vendors, or specialized security functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business, Risk Management, Emergency Response, or a related discipline.
- Professional security certifications such as Certified Security Manager (CSM) or Certified Security and Safety Professional (CSSP) or equivalent are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a multinational organization, financial services environment, BPO/shared services, or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of security technologies including access control systems, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and Security Operations Centers.
- Experience in investigations, interviewing, evidence handling, and security-related assessments.
- Strong analytical, risk assessment, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality, with flexibility to support after-hours incidents and emergencies.
