Our Corporate Secretarial Assistant role sits within our Entity Solutions, Entity Governance & Compliance team, working as part of a global network that delivers governance and compliance services to clients across Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with local specialists and global teams to support clients with their entity governance requirements and statutory obligations.

A role you will love

The Corporate Secretarial Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Entity Governance and Compliance team in the delivery of entity governance and compliance services for Australian and New Zealand clients. This includes supporting all administrative requirements relating to service delivery, assisting with statutory compliance obligations, maintaining accurate company records, and supporting advisory projects.

Some responsibilities include: 

  • Managing document workflows, including scanning, filing and uploading documentation.
    Handling incoming mail, emails and general correspondence.

  • Processing invoices, expenses and ASIC payments and conducting ASIC and New Zealand Companies Office (NZCO) searches and managing related communications.

  • Preparing and lodging ASIC documentation and supporting annual company statement processing activities.

  • Assisting with client onboarding activities and governance-related projects.

  • Responding to client enquiries and coordinating with internal and global teams to deliver excellent service outcomes.

  • Maintaining accurate company records and supporting compliance obligations for client entities.

  • Managing assigned client requests while meeting quality standards and service level commitments.
