What you’ll do
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale onboarding
- Identify and engage potential clients to build a strong and qualified sales pipeline
- Lead client conversations, understand business needs, and negotiate win-win partnerships
- Provide expert guidance on our products and ensure alignment with client objectives
- Support new clients through their first 90 days to ensure a smooth transition to the Account Management team
- Ensure accurate execution of sales processes and internal standards
What we seek
- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred; startup or logistics industry background is a plus. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Hunter mentality with strong initiative, curiosity, and resilience
- Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making skills
- Can-do attitude and grit to pursue and close opportunities
- Understanding of mobile and web technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms
