Corporate Responsibility & ESG Intern

Overall Mission

We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join our Corporate Responsibility & ESG team at CRYOPDP. You will support the implementation of our sustainability initiatives and help align our practices with the broader ESG strategy of the DHL Health Logistics group. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability communication, and cross-functional project work in a dynamic, global company.

Main Contribution

Strategy & Alignment

• Support the execution of CRYOPDP’s sustainability plan in line with group goals.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to help integrate ESG themes into communications.

• Assist in aligning local projects with group-wide sustainability practices and reporting standards.

• Help coordinate with group sustainability teams to share best practices and align on objectives.

Projects & Implementation

• Assist in managing internal ESG projects across different departments and countries.

• Support initiatives related to environmental impact reduction and compliance.

• Help track timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Communication & Engagement

• Support the creation of internal and external sustainability content (e.g., reports, presentations, web content).

• Help coordinate communication efforts with marketing and external partners.

• Participate in ESG-related events or campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Help track the progress of ongoing sustainability actions and prepare regular updates.

• Gather, prepare, and share monthly data on specific KPIs, in line with Group methodology and objectives.

• Contribute to reporting on ESG initiatives and identify ideas for improvement.

• Stay informed about relevant ESG trends and share insights with the team.

Required Skills

Currently pursuing a degree in Sustainability; Environmental Studies; Environmental/Industrial/Energy Engineering; Sustainability Management, Innovation and Business Sustainability; Social Responsibility and Sustainability Management; Other relevant field.
