We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Our HR team is a dedicated group of professionals who are committed to building our company's greatest asset- our people. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Global Recruiting Operations. We enjoy working together in a collaborative culture, identifying, and delivering high-performing candidates to our hiring managers.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will:  

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment including creating search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes  
  • Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching, and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends  
  • Responsible for developing, recommending, and executing recruitment strategies with decision-makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames 
  • Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry-related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks  
  • Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed  
  • Create a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process  
  • Assigned to other recruitment-related tasks as needed  

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:  

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred 
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, 2+ years of specialized vertical experience or a combination of both 
  • Full cycle recruiting experience, including the use of candidate sourcing tools and methods.  
  • Extensive experience with MS Office suite of software  
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills   
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Unquestionable integrity and reputation for maintaining confidentiality

Job Timings: Night Shift (US Business Hours 7PM - 4AM)
