- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tokyo of Japan from posting job ads and sourcing talent to interviewing and making offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring plans, selection criteria, and identify the best-fit candidates for each team.
- Build and maintain strong networks and relationships with qualified candidates.
- Maintain a robust candidate database and pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct new hire orientation and support their onboarding journey.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of new hires’ information in the Workday system.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment projects across Japan.
- Organize and run local office events, such as employee outings and CSR activities.
- Provide support for HR and employer branding projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within multinational and fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist, Corporate Recruiter, or similar role, with strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, social media, and job portals.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute tasks efficiently with strong follow-through.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across Japan market.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese, knowledge in Korean is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
