The Role
Manage end-to-end recruiting for Tokyo: post jobs, source and interview candidates, make offers, partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines and Workday records, run campus recruitment and job fairs, onboard new hires, and support HR and employer branding initiatives.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tokyo of Japan from posting job ads and sourcing talent to interviewing and making offers. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring plans, selection criteria, and identify the best-fit candidates for each team. 
  • Build and maintain strong networks and relationships with qualified candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related business discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within multinational and fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist, Corporate Recruiter, or similar role, with strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, social media, and job portals.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute tasks efficiently with strong follow-through.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across Japan market.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese, knowledge in Korean is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
