Broadridge is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This role will support recruiting for corporate functions across the U.S. market, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing. The Corporate Recruiter will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and the overall hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong recruiting expertise, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience recruiting for technology roles is a plus.
This is a temporary contract position for a three month duration.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and hiring process support.
- Support recruiting for corporate functions across the U.S. market, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish priorities, and support hiring timelines.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting channels and tools.
- Oversee applicant tracking activities, ensuring accurate job postings, organized candidate pipelines, and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a strong candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling throughout the recruiting process.
- Assist with offer processes, onboarding coordination, and recruiting administration.
- Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity and candidate information within the applicant tracking system and CRM.
- Support high-volume recruiting needs while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, and candidate service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Recruitment experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
- Recruitment experience in the Financial Services industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting high-volume recruitment cycles.
- Experience recruiting for technology roles is a plus.
- Experience using ATS and CRM platforms; Workday preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00 per hour.
