Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Operations Administrative department has an immediate opening for part-time Corporate Receptionist! As a part-time Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing an atmosphere of high-quality member service and administrative support.
- Projecting a positive image as representative for the credit union in receiving visitors and guests.
- Completing various tasks including but not limited to; greeting visitors and peers, handling various types of incoming and outgoing communication, stocking supplies, and maintaining reception or administrative areas.
- Performing as a gatekeeper to the corporate facilities, ensuring established security procedures are followed when granting building access.
- Covering for other departmental administrative areas within corporate facilities
Salary Range:
This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $20.00 per hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Schedule:
Anticipated schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required and one-year applicable work experience in a related position is preferred. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements. Financial institution experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
