We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our professional services team in our Auckland CBD office. This pivotal, client-facing role is responsible for delivering a polished, professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for clients, visitors, partners, advisers and employees.
Working in a fast-paced corporate environment, you will take ownership of daily reception and office coordination activities. You will need to be organised, responsive and confident managing competing priorities while maintaining a consistently professional standard of service.
Your role, your contribution!
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors and staff with courteous, professional service
- Manage front-of-house operations, including visitor sign-in and reception procedures
- Join the NZ Phone Pool, answering and directing internal and external calls
- Respond promptly and accurately to reception enquiries and shared inboxes
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering and client meeting requirements
- Support internal events, training sessions and office functions.
- Coordinate office operations, including supplies, mail, couriers, facilities and liaison with building management and external suppliers
- Provide administrative support to the team, including training and systems coordination, plus preparing and maintaining client information and correspondence

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
