If you’re a high-potential sales leader located in the Raleigh, NC area, looking to fast-track your career, and thrive on building relationships with small business owners while guiding teams toward success, this is your opportunity to join a unique 12- to 18-month management training program. This role is designed to prepare you for leadership within N2’s expansive network. You’ll open and operate a corporate-owned publication and master the sales systems and operations that drive our business. You’ll get hands-on experience, best-in-class training, and a clear path to long-term impact and reward.
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video call. The salary for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 annually, plus bonus potential.
The Role in Action
- Launch, manage, and grow two to three corporate-owned local publications in your assigned market.
- Sell advertising to small business owners and build lasting relationships in your community.
- Coach and train local sales contributors to hit performance goals.
- Master and model the N2 sales process, client success strategy, and franchise development system.
- Collaborate closely with national leadership on KPIs, growth benchmarks, and local market insights.
- Participate in leadership development training and receive ongoing mentorship from experienced N2 leaders.
- Enhance franchisee onboarding and support programs by sharing your real-time experiences.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running with:
- Two to three years of experience in a sales leadership or sales training role.
- A strong passion for small businesses and the individuals who operate them.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and operational follow-through.
- The ability to operate independently while ensuring alignment on overall objectives.
- A willingness to fully commit to a 12- to 18-month intensive training experience.
- The ability to thrive in a remote-first, performance-driven culture.
- A willingness to travel to regional and national Conferences as part of ongoing training, leadership development, and team alignment initiatives.
Success in this role looks like:
- Opening two to three profitable corporate publications within your first 12 months.
- Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Demonstrated clear leadership potential through mentoring team members and taking responsibility for process ownership.
- Graduation from the program with readiness to support new franchisees or lead new growth markets.
