  • Support agency management and drive accountability against program goals and outcomes.

  • Lead team operations, including executive reporting, planning processes, budget support, and organizational rhythms.

What We're Looking For
  • 6–8+ years of public relations or corporate communications experience, including ownership of high-profile, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven experience developing and scaling corporate communications programs within a fast-paced technology environment.

  • Strong media relations expertise and a track record of securing impactful earned media outcomes.

  • Experience supporting sensitive communications matters, including issues management, crisis response, and corporate reputation programs.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and craft compelling narratives.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect communications strategy to company objectives.

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of an organization.

  • Highly organized and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or emerging technologies to improve communications strategy, workflows, or measurement.

  • Deep understanding of the B2B technology landscape and how corporate communications supports growth, partnerships, and market leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
