Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, Management or equal, with a master's degree highly desirable.
- 1-2 years in Corporate Planning, System Management Development & Implementation, Risk Management.
- Having knowledge in Balance Score Card, OKR, SOP, Data & Business Intelligence experience (e.g. Data Analysis, Power BI, Tableau) is preferred
- Understand broad business issues, benchmark and analyze various business risks, able to design, carry out analysis and business process models.
- Negotiation skill, risk & business analysis, strong analytical background, a problem solver and have excellent diagramming and communication.
- Specialized knowledge: hospitality, property, construction industry, knowledge of macro and micro economic conditions, organization’s culture and structure.
- High integrity and trustworthy, have a good relationship with co-workers and business associates, ability to multi task and work under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
Skills Required
