Learfield is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to join our Corporate Sales team and assist with the day-to-day activation of corporate sponsorships. This role is focused on learning systems and processes along with coordinating the execution of partnership for assigned portfolio of clients. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, brings energy, ownership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for our partners and university stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll execute day-to-day activation tasks and supports various partner programs across digital, social, in-venue, broadcast, and experiential platforms. You’ll serve as a point of contact for a diverse group of sponsors—ensuring that every campaign element is flawlessly executed and strategically aligned. This position is ideal for someone early in their career and who is ready to coordinate partner deliverables and support day-to-day client services under supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day execution and activation of corporate partnerships across digital, social, in-venue, broadcast, and experiential platforms
  • Coordinate the delivery of partnership assets, ensuring all elements are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with contractual obligations
  • Maintain and track partnership deliverables, including proof of performance, campaign recaps, and reporting materials
  • Assist in the development and execution of activation plans, incorporating partner objectives and brand standards
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and property partners to support seamless execution of sponsorship programs
  • Update and manage partnership details within internal systems, including CRM, contracts, and activation timelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support partner initiatives and ongoing campaigns
  • Conduct research and gather insights to support partnership strategy, activation ideas, and renewal efforts
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively, staying organized, and supporting team priorities as needed
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to build knowledge of partnership management and activation best practices

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Some experience or exposure to partnership services, marketing, sponsorships, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to learn systems, processes, and best practices quickly
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and build relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field
  • Exposure to marketing, branding, research, or partnership activation within sports, media, or agency environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and/or project management tools
  • Interest in sports, entertainment, or partnership marketing
