About the team

Come be a part of our growing Global Corporate Subsidiaries Operations Team!

Our team, the Corporate Subsidiaries Operations team, oversees board and entity management of Stripe’s global subsidiary portfolio. The team consists of motivated and dedicated individuals who have a curiosity to learn, are passionate about the subject matter, and strive to enhance how we can get the work done more efficiently and effectively. We work on broadening our internal diversity because we want to be culturally equipped to build products and solutions for our diverse user base.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will help build processes and systems to support and manage entities within Stripe’s growing global subsidiary portfolio, primarily with our US, Canadian, and LATAM entities. Also, it would be helpful, but not mandatory, if you have managed regulated entities or entities holding Money Transmitter Licenses or Payment Aggregator Licenses.

Responsibilities
  • Help Stripe grow, streamline, and manage its global subsidiary portfolio, through incorporations, dissolutions, as well as working with cross-functional teams on organizational restructuring and post-integration of newly acquired entities
  • Support various entity management matters, including helping to schedule board and shareholder meetings; manage the collection and production of materials for meetings, including drafting of agendas; and coordinating outreach/liaising with internal and external directors, shareholders, and involved stakeholders
  • Be responsible for preparing board, shareholder, and committee meeting minutes, written resolutions, and Secretary’s certificates
  • Support the Compliance organization and work with outside counsel and cross-functional teams, to meet and fulfill compliance and regulatory requirements applicable to Stripe’s regulated subsidiaries
  • Respond to requests, inclusive of incoming KYC and UBO requests for information and documents from our internal and external auditors, regulators, financial partners, larger users, and other stakeholders
  • Identify areas to improve our existing processes with technology, and generally improve leverage across the team
  • Assist with special projects as directed by leadership of the Corporate Subsidiary Operations team, with the ability to work in an ever-changing environment
