Summary
This position supports the legal department with administrative and operational legal tasks, including contract processing and entity management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process, review, and track contracts and related documentation
- Administer contract workflows and maintain contract repository systems
- Assist with entity management and corporate governance activities
- Support the administration and coordination of subpoenas and deposition requests
- Maintain organized records and legal databases
- Assist with compliance and regulatory filings
- Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel as needed
- Prepare summaries, reports, and correspondence for legal matters
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the legal team
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in a corporate environment; experience in a professional services organization is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field; Paralegal certification preferred
- Strong understanding of contract administration and legal documentation
- Familiarity with entity management and corporate governance preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
