This is a full-time position based out of our Irvine office.

Pay range: $30.00 - $32.50 per hour

The Corporate Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to facilitate the effective development and implementation of corporate marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business objectives. All responsibilities must be completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support direct mail and email campaigns by sharing strategic ideas and overseeing the approval process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure all public facing content aligns with branding requirements.
  • Review, edit, and approve on-hold scripts and recordings for each Community.
  • Keep training and onboarding materials, referral partner agreements, marketing team roster, and model room and furniture inventory up to date.
  • Assist in comprehensive website management to maintain current content.
  • Participate in quarterly marketing event campaigns by managing website content and call tracking numbers.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure access is granted to CRM, call tracking system, and other required system access.
  • Other duties as assigned.

General Duties:

  • Able to travel based on need and priority. Adhere to Company travel policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all team members and visitors, following established safety procedures.
  • As required, complete annual and monthly training, attend scheduled in-services and mandatory meetings. Maintain all required certifications/licensures.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule as evidenced by working holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts when necessary to ensure adequate coverage within the department.
  • Display tact and friendliness when interacting with team members and visitors.
  • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with team members and other departments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prefer two (2) or more years of college/university education.
  • Prefer experience in Senior Housing Industry.
  • Exceptional ability to write clear, brand-aligned copy to maintain a consistent voice.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Experience in writing as part of a brand identity.
  • Experience with various marketing software and social media platforms, including Facebook Business Manager.
  • Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs and Google Suite.
  • Able to adapt and respond to change, make decisions, and prioritize tasks and projects.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background check.
  • May require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
