Started in 2021 by Yasukane Matsumoto (CEO and Founder) & Sanjay Rajasekhar (CTO and Co-founder).

Josys is a dynamic startup that is revolutionizing the hybrid work environment by providing automated IT device and SaaS management solutions worldwide. As the world gets smaller and more accessible, management of this IT has become more complex and expensive, Josys is the glue that brings it all together.

The company raised USD125M within its first two years. This was the fifth largest Series A and B fundraising in the world and third largest in Asia in the same time period.  

The Role

As an early member of the global Corporate team, you will be responsible for

• Leading cross-functional corporate projects such as corporate workflow system set up and global data protection framework set up, working with internal and external stakeholders globally

• Building  global policies and processes to maintain corporate governance, in alignment with the global growth and expansion strategy

• Coordinating with the corporate and business teams in Japan and global offices to ensure corporate operations are conducted effectively

• Identifying areas of improvement for corporate effectiveness and proactively suggest improvement proposals

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of experience in corporate planning and/or project management

• Excellent cross-cultural and functional communication skills, with fluent/business leve

• English and Japanese language skill

• Able to work in fast-paced environments and ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams.

• Is culturally aware and agile, can adapt and align quickly in an ever changing high growth start-up environment

• Experience in policy documentation and/or corporate project management would be an advantage

• Experience at global startups and/or IT companies is preferred
