Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs primarily with Node.js. Support demand generation, HubSpot workflows, landing pages, reporting, competitor research, and marketing operations while maintaining project trackers, content calendars, and asset libraries.

Lead technical presales for mid-market IT teams and MSPs: run discovery, deliver tailored demos, design integrations (SSO, SCIM, APIs), execute PoCs, produce documentation and RFP responses, and coordinate handoff to Customer Success while influencing product roadmap.

Drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads across Australia using multi-channel outreach and AI tools. Research and map target accounts, book meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM pipeline, and iterate outreach using data to improve conversion.

Support IT team with endpoint setup, troubleshooting, basic networking, asset management, onboarding/offboarding, maintenance, backups, IT documentation, and product feedback using Josys.
