Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs primarily with Node.js. Lead product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered B2B SaaS IT operations. Translate user needs into scalable solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, run discovery, UAT, launches, and measure feature adoption for continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails backend for a B2B SaaS identity security platform. Design APIs, optimize performance, build async processing, work with cloud (AWS), collaborate across teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, perform code reviews, and contribute to testing and scalable architecture.

Lead technical presales for mid-market IT teams and MSPs: run discovery, deliver tailored demos, design integrations (SSO, SCIM, APIs), execute PoCs, produce documentation and RFP responses, and coordinate handoff to Customer Success while influencing product roadmap.
