Job Requirements
Ideal candidates should have experience working with private equity funds, financial sponsors, and portfolio companies in connection with M&A transactions, capital raises, joint ventures and securities offerings. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating definitive transaction documents (including purchase agreements and governance documents) and attending to the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies.
Candidates should also possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and research skills, and should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, team-oriented, and personable. Candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar and should be willing to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development.
