What you’ll be doing
As a Corporate Legal Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Group corporate structure, including extraordinary operations, ongoing subsidiaries maintenance and compliance matters, M&A and restructuring projects, as well as creating smart and effective processes to manage legal operations (e.g, contract management).
You’ll work with internal business, finance, procurement, and HR partners. You’ll be part of our Legal&Institutional Relations Team, which may be compact but whose efficiency knows no bounds: we’re a team of 11 people helping Satispay to achieve extraordinary results!
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Corporate governance. Draft, review, and manage corporate documents (e.g., board minutes, resolutions, shareholders’ registry), ensuring compliance with Italian corporate governance standards. Organize and prepare board and shareholder meetings.

  • Regulatory compliance. Monitor and ensure adherence to local regulations, including filings with the Italian Companies Registry (Registro delle Imprese) and other authorities. Support the implementation and management of our Stock Options Plan.

  • Transactional support. Assist in corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence processes. Coordinate with external counsel and advisors throughout transactions.

  • Legal documentation. Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Support the Legal Team with tools and processes, including AI-driven tools.

  • Cross-Functional coordination. Collaborate with internal teams like finance, compliance, procurement, and HR to align legal operations. Provide training and guidance on corporate matters to employees.

Who we’re looking for

  • Corporate legal expertise. You bring 8+ years of experience in corporate legal roles, ideally within international environments.

  • Language proficiency. You are fluent in Italian and English, with French as a valued addition.

  • Project & information management. You bring demonstrated experience in managing legal projects and information systems.

  • Tech-savvy. You’re proficient with Google or Microsoft Office Suite and legal database management tools.

  • Organizational mastery. You have exceptional organizational and time-management skills to balance competing priorities effectively.

  • Detail-oriented. You bring unwavering attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documentation.

  • Pressure resilience. You’re adept at managing multiple tasks and able to work effectively under pressure.

  • Problem-solver. You’re proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.

  • Interpersonal excellence. You have strong communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
