JOB SUMMARY

Provides professional technology and audio/video support to Corporate and C-level executives, senior leadership, Board members, and bank employees. Prepares and supports conference rooms, troubleshoots end-user technology, and helps ensure meetings and events operate successfully. Responsible for providing first line support to bank employees and troubleshooting computer user questions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Provide responsive technology and audio/video support for Corporate and C-level executives, senior leadership, Board members, and bank employees.
  • Set up, test, operate, and troubleshoot conference room technology, including displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, lighting, presentation equipment, and video conferencing systems.
  • Perform conference room readiness checks before meetings and provide onsite support for executive meetings, Board meetings, training sessions, interviews, and other high-priority events.
  • Monitor meeting and conference room schedules and coordinate technology needs with meeting organizers.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, mobile devices, presentation equipment, and other end-user technology.
  • Assist users with conference room equipment and video conferencing tools, and provide basic instructions or training when needed.
  • Create, update, and maintain service tickets, support records, conference room instructions, and equipment documentation.
  • Follow up with users, provide clear status updates, and confirm that support requests have been completed successfully.
  • Install, configure, relocate, and maintain conference room and end-user technology equipment.
  • Coordinate with internal technology teams, Facilities, vendors, and other departments to resolve issues and support meetings or events.
  • Support technology upgrades, conference room improvements, and other assigned Help Desk projects.
  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach and protect confidential or sensitive information when supporting executive offices and meetings.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology, internal controls, and Bank policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Audio/Visual Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant technical support or audio/video experience may be considered in place of a degree.
  • At least two years of technical support experience in a business environment. Experience supporting executives or high-visibility meetings is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computers, business applications, mobile devices, networks, peripherals, conference room equipment, and video conferencing technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to nontechnical users.
  • Strong interpersonal, active-listening, customer-service, and follow-up skills.
  • Professional and polished demeanor when working with executives, employees, vendors, and meeting participants.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and service-focused during live meetings, urgent requests, and high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with other teams.
  • Ability to work flexible hours Monday through Friday (7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) and rotating Saturdays (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.), with additional schedule flexibility as business needs require.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is desired.

ORGANIZATION

  • This position reports to the Technical Support Manager
  • This position does not oversee other positions

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

All employees are required to attend scheduled mandatory trainings and complete online regulatory compliance training courses applicable to their specific job function. In all situations, employees must ensure that their actions fully comply with all federal banking laws and regulations, including internal bank policies and procedures. Failure to adhere to these requirements will be grounds for disciplinary action, including probation and possible termination.
