Owns a portfolio of fleet charging hub projects from site control through permitting and construction handoff. Responsibilities include managing design consultants and vendors, coordinating utilities and municipalities, reviewing technical drawings, controlling budgets and schedules, procuring long-lead equipment, and ensuring customer design standards are met. The role collaborates across engineering, construction, sales, real estate, operations, and finance, with approximately 25% travel to sites and customer offices.

Manage daily Brooklyn office operations, including supplies, vendors, mail, facilities, meeting logistics, and workplace readiness. Provide executive administrative support through complex calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and follow-up. Partner with the People Team on All Hands meetings, employee events, onboarding logistics, and company offsites. Maintain workplace documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience.
