Increasing the spend by product penetration and managing the margin of accounts responsible for.
Bring the customer spend to 100% of contractual compliance, and continue to ensure update CRM on activity and opportunity progress.
Provide strong support New Business KAM during implementation phase of new won accounts. Monitor the new account creation and work closely with the KAM to ensure account implemented successfully to meet the commitment required
To execute any sales promotion (LDW) implemented by Marketing/Sales on existing customer in timely manner and according to the KPI set
Assist KAMs on CRT, ADPs, internal quotations and perform periodic static catalogue cleaning exercise
Understand well Lyreco and customer end-to-end corporate business process flow to ensure professional dealing with customer at all time
Carry out any other adhoc reasonable assignment from the management team from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in any studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particular Excel), Sales Prospecting Skill, Sales Objection Handling skill, Sales Negotiation skill,
- Good Communication and Persuasion skills
- Minimum 2years working experience as tele sales / inside sales in B2B or service based environment
