Position Summary
Corporate operations data analyst
- Improve operational processes, analysing the main key performance indexes and providing data elaboration/integration reporting.
- Support the data governance and database management processes, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders in order to insure top-quality data and reporting.
Role and Responsibilities
Corporate Innovation Support
- Support the monitoring and coordination of cross-divisional projects aiming at optimizing processes, scouting new business model opportunities and digitalizing operations.
- Improve operational processes, analysing the main key performance indexes (KPI) and providing suggestions for troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Support Innovation Projects
- Be part of the stakeholders needs analyses, organizing and collecting feedbacks;
- Organize meetings’ agenda, plan projects Gantt charts and update them
- Prepare project deliverables, create digital mock-ups, support training initiatives
- Monitor and highlight potential project issues.
Enhance Operations Monitoring and Optimization
- Assist Innovation owners in monitoring operational performances, elaborating datasets, and discovering process issues;
- Prepare weekly/monthly reporting to be shared with top management, with updated progress and KPIs trend analysis;
- Support existing reporting tool optimization and new reports implementation.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements
BA or MS degree (preferably Business Management, Industrial Engineering or Service Design)
Fluent English and Italian both in speaking and writing
Strong Analytical skills / Good communication skills
Proficient level of MS office (excel, ppt, word);
Working knowledge of project/product management tools and methods (MS Project, Idea mapping tools, fast prototyping tools) are appreciated
