HRIS/Systems Administration
- Manage employee data, pay rules, etc.
- Ensure data accuracy between platforms
- Serve as first point of contact for HRIS support
- Support system upgrades, testing, and enhancements
Compliance & Reporting
- Monitor E-Verify cases and perform follow-up activities as needed
- Maintain I-9 tracking and reporting processes
- Generate and analyze discrepancy and audit reports
- Collect and track worker change history reports
- Prepare and distribute weekly termination reports
- Assist with invoice analysis and reporting for background screening vendor
- Track 90-day employee reviews and coordinate follow-up communications
- Support audit readiness and documentation accuracy across HR processes
Onboarding & Employee Administration
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, training plans, and new hire checklists
- Process new hire documentation, including I-9 verification and system entry
- Facilitate 359 documentation and employee changes through DocuSign
- Ensure all employee data is accurately entered and maintained in HR systems
(Workday and Oracle HRMS systems)
- Distribute employee login credentials and onboarding materials
- Maintain employee records and HR databases for accuracy and compliance
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support coordination of town halls, recognition programs, holiday parties and employee events
- Participate as a member of Chesterfield activities committee and safety committees
- Assist with internal communications, announcements, and office coordination including maintenance of the office seating chart
Employee Relations & Offboarding
- Coordinate employee offboarding activities and exit processes including exit interviews
- Assist with employee inquires and HR-related requests
- Support employee programs such as tuition reimbursement administration, charitable giving and employee engagement activities
Systems & Administrative Support
- Create and maintain Oracle HRMS records
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiency
- Develop and maintain SOPs for HR processes (e.g., onboarding, announcements, reporting)
- Support HR process documentation and workflow tracking
- Assist the HR Director with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience:
- 2-4 years of HRIS, HR Coordinator or HR Operations experience preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG Pro, PeopleSoft, etc. preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and electronic document management systems
Work Environment: Office
Work Schedule: Full Time- Standard Monday-Friday schedule and with the option to work remotely one day a week.
Travel Requirements: None
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
