4900 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144-2302The Corporate Hospitality analyst is an individual contributor role reporting to the Corporate Hospitality manager within Key’s Corporate Procurement group. The Corporate Hospitality category oversees Corporate Tickets, Internal Events, Expense Reports and Travel. The analyst will be responsible for category support in all areas including the travel and expense card program, spend analysis, and providing team back up support.
Essential Job Functions:
- Support the Travel and Expense Card Program
- Document processes and procedures required to manage card program
- Process employee PCard requests and account maintenance through on online portal
- Process exception related expense reports on behalf of clients in Workday
- Manage internal controls related to travel and expense card usage, including executive level reporting
- Analyze, summarize and present relevant data for assigned programs
- Orchestrate, organize and prioritize assignments to support needs of the group and/or business
- Summarize and present findings in a concise and understandable format
- Provide Category team back up support including Travel, Corporate Tickets, Internal Events and Expense Reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-5+ years of experience (could include internships, involvement in school programs etc.)
- Strong organizational and technical skills
- Analytical skills, ability to summarize large data sets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to cultivate effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-Oriented
- Ability to work independently

- Effective collaborative skills within team and among line of business leaders
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
