What you’ll be working on…
- This position provides support to the Corporate Governance Team on workstreams related to corporate governance, corporate affairs, entity management, business organization, corporate records, policy development, Board and Committee meetings, director and officer processes, research and benchmarking, shareholder governance and disclosure, and other corporate and business activities.
Who you are...
- Currently pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated interest in corporate governance, compliance and/or corporate transactions
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organization, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to work well collaboratively as well as independently
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and time-sensitive situations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong business judgment, problem solving skills
