The Tampa office is seeking a corporate associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join a national-caliber private funds practice. Qualified candidates will have graduated from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of their class and must have a corporate background. The ideal candidate will have experience in investment management or funds work.
All candidates must have strong writing capabilities, be strategically and analytically minded, and be able to work both independently as well as part of a cohesive team and be highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Candidates must be admitted to The Florida Bar or eligible for admission in the near future.
