Job Purpose
We’re excited to launch our brand-new Corporate Functions Graduate Programme, designed for graduates who want to build a strong foundation across the core operational areas of a fast-growing SaaS organisation. Over two years, you’ll rotate across four business-critical teams, learn from experts in their fields, and contribute to real projects that impact how Unily operates and grows. If you're curious, adaptable, and ready to learn fast, this is the perfect place to start your career.

Across the 24-month programme, you’ll complete four 6-month rotations in the following teams:

Get hands-on experience with contract analysis, NDA drafting, and supporting commercial processes. Learn how legal frameworks support business growth.

Work closely with our People team helping shape the employee experience across the organisation.

Gain exposure to business performance through data analysis, reporting, and systems development. Build your confidence with numbers and commercial insight.

Play a key role in maintaining our internal platforms, including Salesforce. Support process optimisation and learn how technology underpins our operations.

• A well-rounded understanding of corporate operations within a high-growth SaaS environment
• Exposure to real projects from day one
• Mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals
• Soft-skills development with support from our People Development Manager
• A strong platform for future roles in legal ops, HR, finance, commercial operations, or business systems

You’ll be graduating (or have recently graduated) in one of the following disciplines:

• Business Management / Administration
• Economics / Accounting & Finance
• Law
• Business Information Systems (or similar)

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• A quick learner and natural self-starter
• Comfortable with Excel and confident working with data
• Curious, analytical, and adaptable
• Collaborative and comfortable working with different teams
• Motivated to build a career in corporate functions with long-term potential
