OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate & FP&A Reporting Lead to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate financial planning and analysis, coupled with expertise in creating compelling and strategic PowerPoint presentations. This role requires a U.S.-based professional who can collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to executive-level reporting and strategic decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the preparation and delivery of comprehensive corporate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
- Develop and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and create visually appealing, executive-level PowerPoint presentations to communicate key financial metrics and business strategies.
- Partner with key business units to understand financial drivers, support strategic initiatives, and provide decision-support analysis.
- Monitor and report on key financial KPIs, identifying trends and variances to guide strategic adjustments.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A reporting.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support investor relations, board presentations, and corporate strategy discussions.
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff to foster skill development and continuous learning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related roles.
- Proven experience in creating high-quality, data-driven presentations using PowerPoint with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- U.S. work authorization and residency required.
Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $127,000 to $158,750 annualized.
We also offer participation in the Company Bonus Program and full benefits. The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
