The Senior Manager of Corporate Finance is responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, and strategic support across the organization. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and capital management to ensure strong financial performance and informed decision‑making.Key Responsibilities• Lead the annual budgeting and long‑range planning process, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business strategies, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis and market trends.
• Manage corporate reporting, including cash flow analysis, balance sheet reviews, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Accounting, Treasury, Business Units, Strategy) to drive financial alignment and efficiency.
• Evaluate business cases, M&A opportunities, and strategic initiatives, including due diligence and financial impact assessments.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals to support corporate finance activities.
