The Corporate Finance Manager will support corporate finance initiatives, perform financial analyses, and conduct valuation benchmarking while crafting presentation materials for stakeholders.

The Corporate Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting corporate finance initiatives and investor relations activities. You will play a key role in the execution of corporate finance ideas to deliver sustainable organic and inorganic growth for a global pure-play renewable fuels innovator and leader.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of industry trends, market landscape and sector developments of the rapidly changing renewable fuels industry
- Perform comprehensive financial analyses, including but not limited to, three-statement forecasting, DCF valuation analysis and returns analysis
- Conduct valuation benchmarking analysis, e.g. trading comparables and precedent transactions analyses
- Craft qualitative presentation materials for both external and internal stakeholders
- Support day-to-day execution of corporate finance and / or capital markets related activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in investment banking, ideally with exposure to sustainable energy, natural resources
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance concepts with previous financial modelling experience
- Fast learner and strong communicator – ability to lead discussions with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, FactSet / Capital IQ
